Return & Refund Policy
1.Cancel Policy.
(1). Order within 1 days of payment, we will cancel the order and refund full for you.
(2). Order within 2 days of payment but not shipping, we can cancel the order and refund the 90% of the total amount since our worker has picked up the product and packed the parcel at that time, except that, maybe the parcel has been sent to the shipping company’s warehouse.
(3). Order with shipping, we can not cancel the order, Please understand. Sorry.
2. Return Policy.
(1). You do not need to return it if the product arrives which was poorly made, please send us some photos, we will reship it or refund after check your photos.
(2). If the item is unused and good quality, you are unhappy with the product for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange other product after receive the returned parcel. Please email us firstly before return the parcel, it is helpful to receive the parcel successfully.
(3). Please noticed that we only accept prepaid packages, and we do not accept any C.O.D.
(4). If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address,we will provide the information of the logistics provider to assist in modifying the address, but we will not make a refund. If an item is returned due to the mistake of Nail Rosalind, we will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
Special circumstances:
1. Since our products are sold worldwide, although it is a very small probability, your parcel may encounter customs clearance, in this case please contact our customer service at first to assist in solving the problem. However, if you refuse to pick up your package, we will not be able to guarantee a full refund.
