How does my order get processed?
Processing time:

Why is my shipment delayed?

How to cancel my order?

Customs duties & import fees

As of November 6, 2020, international taxes and duties are now listed during checkout so you’ll know what the full cost of your order is upfront. This way, we can keep each country’s taxes and duties accurate and up-to-date as they change, and you won’t be charged additional fees when your package arrives in your country.
