Placing An Order – Step By Step

If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.

 

STEP 1.
Browse and click on the product that you are interested in.

STEP 2.
1. Choose a color and size of the product.
2. You can also change the color of the product (if available) by clicking on the selected thumbnail.
3. Click “ADD TO CART” button on the right.
4. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.

5. When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “CART” button.

📣You can also add the product you are interested in to the "Wish list" and purchase it at another time (please note that you must be a registered user for the product to be permanently saved on the list).

To view the wish list, log in to www.rosalindbeauty.com by entering your username and password, then click on "Your Account" button on the menu on the top. In the next step, select "WISH LIST" and then "Saved" from the tabs of the left.

STEP 3
In the shopping cart’s preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.

If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the "x" on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.



⭐If you have a promo code, click on the “I will be using a coupon instead” button on the left . Enter your promo code in the box on the checkout page and click “APPLY”. If the code is correct, the price will be reduced. If the price does not change, please check the promotion’s rules and conditions and make sure that it applies to the items in your cart.

To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

STEP 4
Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an "*". There are 9 personal information you need to fill.①Email(To get order information to update)②First Name③Last Name④Address(Very important and please fill a address that can be delivered)⑤City⑥Country⑦State⑧Zip Code⑨Phone.
Ensure that your data is correct and confirm it again.

STEP 5
After entering shipping details, please select your preferred shipping method. The table presents available shipping methods together with shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

Standard shipping via postal service

If you need express shipping such as FedEx or DHL.Please contact our customer service via support@rosalindbeauty.com. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the express shipping fee.

📣We offer free shipping on order over USD $39.
You could change your local currency to USD to count the amount.

STEP 6
Select your payment method:
Paypal online payment service – After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to the online payment service’s website in order to pay for your order.
Ecard online payment service – Select your bank from the list and fill your card information.

STEP 7
Click pay now and finish your order.

STEP 8
Check your mailbox - you should receive an order confirmation email.
